A round table to establish a safe place for men to discuss openly their feelings around the perception of men in the community. Discussion questions like How does it feel to be considered automatically not safe? How can we reframe our thinking about it to align with community values? Are we supposed to be compromising our egos as culture evolves? How does it feel to be placed under the expectation of being a strong dominant man then also be asked to be equitable, to make space by being smaller, and leave room for other people? Are those things mutually exclusive?
